For Seattle and New York applicants: An evaluation funded by the Institute of Education Sciences is being conducted to help us learn how well the Year Up PTC program is working to help participants. Only applicants who, after learning about the study, are willing to participate will be eligible for enrollment in classes starting in Spring 2018 in Seattle and Fall 2018 in New York. Individuals who are eligible for the program and agree to participate in the study will be selected into the program based on a lottery.
