Boston, MA – February 23, 2026 – The national workforce development organization Year Up United today announced the public release of its CEO Position Specification as part of the organization’s ongoing national search for its next Chief Executive Officer. The search is being led by the Year Up United National Board of Directors through its Search Committee, chaired by Board Chair Garrett Moran, in partnership with the executive search firm Spencer Stuart. The CEO Position Specification, now available on the Year Up United website, will support the Search Committee’s efforts to attract a talented pool of candidates and facilitate a smooth leadership transition.
Over the past several months, the committee has gathered input from staff, alumni, partners, and other stakeholders to help inform the development of the position specification and the overall search process.
