Year Up United, the country’s leading workforce development organization, today announced the induction of twenty-two companies, foundations, and individuals into its Opportunity Hall of Fame. Created in 2015, the Opportunity Hall of Fame honors those across the public and private sectors who have championed or invested in the movement to close the divide between company hiring needs and untapped talent in the U.S.—also known as the Opportunity Divide.

For 25 years, Year Up United has been a catalyst in the business and talent landscape, expanding access to opportunity for young adults by changing how companies view, hire, and manage talent. The organization is the most impactful in the workforce development landscape, serving over 50,000 students in partnership with more than 1,500 companies and delivering the largest wage gains in the sector in the United States.

“At Year Up United, we are steadfast in our belief in the potential of young people, and our work to close the divide has been fueled by supporters and advocates who share our mission and purpose,” said Susan Murray, Chief Revenue Officer of Year Up United. “The inductees into our 2025 Opportunity Hall of Fame reflect what’s possible when stakeholders come together in support of a mission that’s had a ripple effect across individuals, companies, and communities. We couldn’t be more pleased to recognize these partners for their commitment to expanding access and opportunity. They’ve played a pivotal role in making our impact possible and fueling our momentum for the years ahead.”
