Angelica Briggs is a UC Berkeley graduate with a B.A. in English and a proud Year Up United Alumna from the San Francisco Bay Area. She spent a decade at Salesforce architecting and scaling global initiatives that advanced equity, inclusion and belonging across the organization. Now at Cloudflare, she drives strategies that embed equity into every stage of the employee experience, from hiring and development to performance and culture, ensuring all employees have the opportunity to thrive. A visionary and systems-minded leader, Angelica serves on the Year Up United National Board of Directors, advancing pathways for underrepresented talent in tech.
