Jen McDermott, JPMorgan Chase Executive Director, Will Speak About Successful Strategies for Engaging Young Adult Talent

Jen McDermott, Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase, will speak about successful strategies for building talent pipelines with Year Up. Joe Coyle, Year Up Greater Philadelphia Executive Director, will also speak at the event.

“The Corporate and Community Partner Breakfast is an opportunity to meet with a number of organizations that are dedicated to helping young adults launch exciting careers while ensuring that businesses have the talent they need to grow,” said Coyle. “It’s a chance to take part in directly supporting young people in Delaware and help them enter the professional workforce.”

Year Up provides low-income young adults (ages 18-24, without college degrees) with six months of technical and professional training in areas such as IT, financial operations, and customer service support, followed by a six-month internship at top companies like JPMorgan Chase.
