Senior Vice President of Global Customer Success at Ellucian
Garland Hall is the senior vice president of customer success at Ellucian. In this role, he is responsible for managing Ellucian’s global support strategy and customer support operations. Mr. Hall has more than 20 years of experience building and leading world-class organizations.
Prior to joining Ellucian, Mr. Hall served as the executive vice president of customer care for Deltek, a leader in enterprise software and information solutions for government contractors and professional services firms. Before joining Deltek, Mr. Hall was the chief customer officer for EnterpriseDB, where he managed the overall customer experience and served as the customer advocate to the executive team.
Mr. Hall began his career in the software industry with Descartes Systems Group and earned his undergraduate degree from Liberty University. He serves on the board of Year Up National Capital Region.
