Vice President at American Securities
David is currently a Vice President with American Securities, a NY-based private equity firm with over $15 billion in assets under management. In addition to leading new investment opportunities, he serves as a director of Frontier Spinning Mills and GT Technologies. Prior to joining in early 2015, David was a Vice President at Bain Capital in New York, where he worked for nearly nine years, and focused on Industrials and Business Services investments. David began his career as a business analyst at McKinsey & Company in New York.
In addition to his professional role, David has been an active member of the Leadership Council since 2014. He also guest lectures at The Wharton School and is a Term Member at the Council on Foreign Relations.
David currently holds an MBA from the Wharton School, where he was the Ford Fellow, and an MPhil in Economics with Development from the University of Cambridge, where he was a Gates Scholar. In addition, he completed the Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology at the University of Pennsylvania, concurrently earning a BS in Economics from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Applied Science from Penn Engineering.
